I come up with Story ideas - ad nauseum, and file them on a 3 x 5 index card in a card box titled,
‘Worst Case Scenarios’
The “WCS” file has seen many incarnations, attempts to database and spreadsheet them, and though many of them never make it out of the card box, I am now putting them on this weblog for posterity since I know once it is on the Internet, it is there forever. It is sort of like space junk – unless it falls from the sky, is stuck in orbit Ad Infinitum. I love Latin – I just wish I knew it. So here are some of the many WCS story ideas which remain:

I have to find the card...
American Alien
A 15 year old girl is abducted by aliens and returned 20 years later. She seeks out all her high school pals only to find them as boring as hell, their dreams unrealized, and they have turned into their parents.
The Beheaded
A vicious warlord takes great delight in beheading his enemies, soldiers from an invading techno country, but suddenly on the full moon, they come back to life to get him. A battle ensues, but really, they are just looking for their heads.
Bloodletting
I don’t know – it’s just a good title and I can’t find the 3 by 5 index card…okay here it is...

A child's parents are brutally murdered...
The son of the brutal murderer, changes his name,
they grow up in the same town, meet in high school,
and fall in love...

The Black Moon
The saga of Wolf Woman....a torch singer turns into a werewolf on the full moon or whenever she sings, "What a little Moonlight can do"
My Worst Nightmare
A dreamscape of worst fears realized:
- Being choked
- Buried alive
- Haunted by a ghost
- Too fat
- Cancer, a brain tumor,
- Pregnant with a bad seed
- Out in public with no clothes on
- Famous for all the wrong things like Lindsay Lohan
- Stalked by a psychokiller
- being a psycho killer
- Work for a psychobitch
- Poor, ugly, old
My horror theme continues unabated and I have no idea why....

The Supernatural Supermarket
A couple of teenagers introduce a new girl in town to the supermarket where they work. Unfortunately, it is haunted. This is a comedy in disguise....cleanup on Aisle 9!
Cooties
Yep, they're back from first grade and that creepy little boy who infests everybody with a virus, pests, or a 'bug'
Evilution
mutants, mutants, mutants, commutants,
along with a criminal economy.
Family Jewels
a woman waits for her ww2 boyfriend to return, but he brings home an Italian wife. Scorned, the woman channels her fury into a family heirloom, an emerald pendant which she wears and rubs all the time. She ends up a spinster aunt, and when she dies, her niece gets it, and is forsaken, and ends up as a spinster as well.
The Sequel
a writer is asked to pen a sequel to a successful horror flick called The HISS, and ....
Isle of View*
a retired couple go on cruises and on one cruise, the husband goes overboard. Yep, she pushed him, but no one knows....
Devil's Hole
a fissure in the California Desert which was flooded and gated off a long time ago...Three teenagers go there and never return..and it attracts a psychic who senses it is a portal to another dimension...(its a real place)
