RATES
Speaking engagements, conferences and college / graduate program visits: $12,000 + all travel expenses (hotel, airfare, meals, transportation to and from airport, hotel, and events) for a 1-2 hour talk / Q&A / book signing. Q’s books must be available for purchase at the event through a bookseller.
Non-local high school visits: $6000 + all travel expenses (hotel, airfare, transportation to and from airport, hotel, and events) for a 1-2 hour talk / Q&A / book signing. Q requires the students to have read at least one of his books before he speaks.
Local high school visits (within 90 driving minutes of his home in Central MA): $4000 for a 1-2 hour talk / Q&A / book signing. Q requires the students to have read at least one of his books before he speaks.
Skype visit: $500 for 45 minutes. Q requires the participants to have read at least one of his books before he speaks. Skype visits must be paid in advance.
At times–depending on his writing schedule–Q can be flexible and will entertain other possibilities.
Fan mail may be sent to: Matthew Quick – C/O Douglas Stewart – Sterling Lord Literistic – 65 Bleecker Street – New York, NY – 10012 PLEASE DO NOT SEND MANUSCRIPTS or any sort of writing projects at all. For legal reasons, Q cannot read your work; it will be disposed of unread. Q encourages you to keep writing and take the proper steps to reach your goals. Unfortunately, Q can’t always respond.
